The patriot act was signed into law as a result of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. The USA PATRIOT act has had helped America make progress toward becoming the most touch on ground in the world.What is the Patriot Act? With the act the government would try to stop the attacks before they take place to prevent American deaths.
